1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Agility Writer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agility Writer is an AI-powered SEO writing platform that includes — among other capabilities — bulk article generation, the G-Smart Optimizer, the Topical Map Helper, multiple writing modes, and integrations with WordPress, Zapier, and our REST API. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the platform evolves.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Pricing, Credits, and Payment

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually in USD.
  • Each writing mode consumes a set number of credits per article.
  • Unused credits roll over month-to-month on annual plans.
  • The $1 trial includes 5 credits and can be cancelled at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that violates applicable law (including copyright)
  • Generate harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits
  • Resell raw API access without prior written agreement

6. Intellectual Property

You own the content you generate using the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). The Agility Writer platform, its UI, codebase, and proprietary methodologies (including the G-Smart Optimizer methodology) are owned by Agility Writer.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee specific SEO outcomes — search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control. AI-generated content should be reviewed by a human before publication.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agility Writer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; surviving sections (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability) remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
