  • Process subscriptions, credits, and trial activations
  • Respond to support requests and product feedback
  • Send transactional emails (account, billing, security) and, with your consent, product announcements

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Payment processors and infrastructure providers required to operate the service
  • AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) when you request a generation — limited to the prompt and outline you submit
  • Authorities when required by law

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Articles you generate are retained in your account until you delete them or cancel your account. You can request a full data export or account deletion at any time by emailing support@agilitywriter.ai.
